Welcome to VAL-Elogs ("VAL-Elogs"), a Bot operated on the Discord platform. By accessing or using the Bot, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Bot.
By accessing and playing the Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
You must be at least 14 years old to use the Bot. By using the Bot, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Account: You may need to use your Discord account to access the Bot. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using the Game for any illegal purpose.
- Violating any laws in your jurisdiction.
- Harassing, abusing, or harming another person or group.
- Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Interfering with or disrupting the Bot or servers or networks connected to the Bot.
- Using any automated means, including bots, to interact with the Bot.
All content and materials in the Bot, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of VAL-Elogs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our explicit permission.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Bot at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Bot after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game at our sole discretion, without notice and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VAL-Elogs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. VAL-Elogs does not warrant that the Bot will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
